Simple Text: If you just need a Name, Role, or Horse Name, simply drop the details in the "Order Notes" box at checkout.

Complex Designs: If you have a specific logo, a photo for a sticker, or a custom design in mind, complete your purchase and move straight to Step 2.

📧 Step 2: The Details

Let us handle the heavy lifting.

If your order involves images or custom logos, simply drop us an email at info@dirtanddales.co.uk with your Order Number and all the relevant info/files.

Our team will review your files to ensure they are high-quality enough for our premium embroidery or print standards.

✅ Step 3: The "Green Light"

We don't guess; we guarantee.

For custom designs, we will create a professional digital mock-up and email it to you for review. This is your chance to check the layout, spelling, and positioning.

Important: We do not thread a single needle until you are 100% happy. We need your Final Approval via email to proceed.

🚚 Step 4: Production & Delivery

Worth the wait.

The moment we receive your final approval, the clock starts. We move your design into production, ensuring every stitch and print meets our "Classy & Sassy" standards.

The Timeline: We aim to have your personalised product dispatched and with you within 14 working days of your final approval.

⚠️ Returns & Exchanges: The Fine Print

Your design is as unique as your horse.

Because every item at Dirt & Dales is custom-made, embroidered, or printed specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

1. Change of mind
2. Incorrect size selection (Please check our Size Guides carefully before ordering)
3. Spelling errors (Unless the error was made by our team after you approved the mock-up)

Faulty Goods: In the rare event that your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or the customisation does not match your approved mock-up, we will, of course, make it right. Please contact us at info@dirtanddales.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement or repair with priority speed.
